Pour · just-boiled water
95°C
Just off the boil.
Mint's essential oils are what give this tea its cool, clean lift — and heat is what sets them free. Freshly boiled water, poured straight over the sachet, does the first half of the work.
Organic herbal tea · naturally caffeine-free · 20 sachets
purely spearmint, peppermint & fieldmint
Three organic mints in one cool, refreshing cup. Peppermint leads, spearmint sweetens, fieldmint finishes — the after-dinner tea for when you're feeling full, with no caffeine to keep you up.

Steep · the double-chamber sachet
2chambers
Every Pukka sachet is a double-chamber tea bag: two pockets of whole organic leaf, so water moves through the herb instead of around it. Sealed in its envelope the moment it was filled, it keeps its freshness until you open it.
Bloom · three organic mints
Peppermint leads with cool menthol. Spearmint brings a natural sweetness. Fieldmint finishes bright and green. Give it a gentle stir and the three mints become one.
Sip · naturally caffeine-free
3–15min
Naturally caffeine-free, so there's no wrong time of day — but Three Mint was made for the moment after a meal.
Sizes & stockists
Three Mint comes in three pack sizes, and you'll find it in the big supermarkets, online grocers and health-food chains — plus the independent shops around the corner.
Each link opens that retailer's Pukka Three Mint results in a new tab. Prices, offers and delivery are set by the retailer.
Enter a UK postcode and we'll show supermarkets that stock Pukka and the independent health-food shops nearby — nearest first, with directions.

Ingredients
Whole organic leaf, blended by weight and nothing else. The bar is the actual recipe.
Mentha × piperita
The lead. High in menthol — that clean, cooling hit at the front of the sip, and the reason this is an after-dinner cup.
Mentha spicata
The sweetness. Softer and rounder than peppermint, with almost no menthol — it's what stops the blend feeling sharp.
Mentha arvensis
The finish. A bright, green, herbaceous burst that keeps the cup tasting fresh rather than medicinal.
The sachet
Whole leaf needs room to infuse. A double-chamber tea bag gives it two pockets and lets water move through both — which is why the colour blooms rather than seeps, and why a Pukka cup tastes the way it does.
Fresh water, just off the boil. Mint likes it hot.
Straight from the envelope — tear it open only when you're ready to brew.
Three for fresh and light; up to fifteen for the full menthol cool. Best after a meal.

Part of our herbal digestion range, this combination of organic herbs is naturally caffeine-free and contains ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients. Each compostable tea bag is full of essential oils and the highest quality organic ingredients, specifically sourced for their soothing and settling properties.
All ingredients used in our blends are ethically sourced and tested by our herbal experts to ensure they are of the highest quality organic and the vital essential oils are present. Once blended, each tea bag is protected by our FSC® certified paper recyclable sachet that retains the quality and flavour until you are ready to enjoy.
We wrap our organic herbal blends in an envelope because we want to lock in the freshness and protect the high essential oil content which gives our teas such a special taste. Individually wrapped envelopes protect the tea bags from air and moisture which degrade the herbs, and prevent any cross-contamination of flavour or smell with other nearby foods.
